Shipping and Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING
We will do our best to save you on the cost of shipping, preferably we would use USPS flat rate but FedEx and UPS are great also.
If you have an account with one of the other shipping companies let us know so this way you can use your discount rate.
Large orders can be shipped by trucking companies, we will get different quotes and ask you for your approval before you order is shipped.

Satisfaction Guranteed - We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. For products that are eligible for refund (identified under warranty information), if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund the purchase price (less the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee) upon safe return of the product in original condition within 2 weeks.

Exchange of Merchandise - Merchandise not eligible for a refund can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is returned in the same condition that was shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return and exchange shipping is the resposibility of the buyer.
If needed we will take extra pictures of the products you are interested to make sure it is what you like avoiding the need of costly shipping on returns of merchandise.

Ticket Sales - All ticket sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged goods must be reported to us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Boxes and packing material must be saved to insure quality of our packing.
